Useful advice before your arrival to Ukraine

The information and useful piece of advice for Men, planning on visiting Ukraine and the city of Vinnytsya:

- the citizens of all European countries and the US and Canada do not need an entrance visa to come to Ukraine. The democratic changes in the country and the orientation of the Ukrainian nation on Europe made it possible.

- Ukraine is a transnational connection between East and West and it has a developed infrastructure of railway, air, water and motor transport. International airports are situated in Kyiv, Lviv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Charkiv, Odessa, Simferopil. Vinnytsya is conveniently located on the main railways and highways of Ukraine;

- the population of the city is about 400 000 people. It has a wide range of shops, supermarkets known worldwide, such as Metro cash and carry, Furshet, Brocard etc.). There are cafes and restaurants where you can pay by a credit card.

- the offices of about 30 Ukrainian and European banks with bank dispensers (can be found in Vinnytsya;

- if you have decided to take cash with you, it will be easy to find a bank to exchange any currency(euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, British pounds, Swiss francs etc.) to Ukrainian hryvnas.
